Thats because of bad internet connection. Steam deck is a console designed for 800p/60fps gaming. Thats the maximum it can perform. The switch 2 is designed for 1080p/120fps and 4k/60fps gaming. Wont reach that target always, but it'll reach it. Star wars outlaws is a game that cannot run on steam deck, and thats just one example
