ive had allergies to dairy wheat eggs nuts n a whole bunch of other stuff since i was born
im about to go off to college in a few months and my school doesnt have dining halls or anything so im gonna have to cook p much everyday so if anyone has tips for cooking on a limited diet im all ears

im out here in college too rn, and I dont eat most things. I just suggest eating out as least as possible and if you do, try to spend less than 10 bucks a day. and buy frozen food or deli meat

ye im gonna be in dc too which ive heard is mad expensive so staying cheap prolly a good idea
If you can have rice, you can pair it with meat n vegetables, or you can make fried rice, try steaming it, have it for breakfast with eggs & spam, simmer it with water to make congee (a kind of rice porridge/soup).
Lately I've been making a batch of rice at the start of the week and eating in plain/making fried rice, then making hella congee and flavoring it w/ soy sauce and white pepper and sipping it until I have to make rice again

you can do so much w rice but its all p cheap so def gotta look into it

unfortunately im allergic to nuts so im going w soy milk rn
but w the vegetables i have salads p often and i had some caramelized carrots a little while ago that were crazy so i gotta learn how to make that
My diet is mainly consists of air popped popcorn apples milk and eggs
And multivitamins and whey protein
Would suggest trail mix to but your allergies got you f*cked up fam 🤷🏽♂️
ye there's some gluten free trail mix out there thats p good though
i just gotta be careful w checking the ingredients which isnt a big deal
