Please suggest different perspectives I can take. The last chapter I wrote was using the Birth of Tragedy by Nietzche to look at the Apollonian and Dionysian perspectives to look at Ye as both a public figure and his work.
No trolling pls.

“Do you have power to let power go?”
I would say that Ye aligns way more with the philosophy of hedonism tbh
hasn’t really have to anything with the discussion and hedonism can fit in with a dionysian philosophy
post an excerpt if you’re not trolling
@Choking
can be interesting but tough N uses the two perspectives to compare and contrast different forms of arts like greek tragedy as the dionysian and creating marble statues as the apollo on. guess u can do it with a singular artist and compare their work throughout their career and how it fits within the framework but then considering ye and music i don’t see much deviation from being 90% dionysian just for the simple fact music is the dionysian art form par excellence

I don't think it's as simple as comparing the Dionysian as 'loud/primal' and the Apollonian as 'quiet/thoughtful'. It's not that art is one or the other, rather it's that good art comes from the tension emerges from the the tension in between the idea. The idea that music is inherently Dionysian is also wrong. Nietzsche argued that Wagner was the only artist who balanced these in his day, and he was a musician.
almost thought op was serious but
