Wow. I've heard horror stories where people have struggled with it for years. I can't even imagine man. Have you seen psychologists or tried medication?
Unfortunately not much that can even be done at this point. There's really no medications that are even available that can manage those symptoms. The worst part about it is the depersonalization and panic attacks. My panic attack symptoms are very physical where I get tunnel vision/dizziness and almost pass out. Going to go back to therapy as some point to manage this, but it's a really scary sensation.
