my gf said i was boujee cause i bring my own water (i like fiji and don’t wanna drink tap water), coffee, breakfast, microwaveables, snacks and 3 king sized pillows whenever i stay at other peoples houses

my reasoning is i like what i like and also i don’t wanna impose using other peoples stuff. i like not having to ask to eat or drink anything and just grab my own stuff. but she thinks i’m extra

Yeah but thats not always such a bad thing. You have valid reasons for it that includes consideration for others, and making sure youre resting your head on a clean pillow is smart

I think certain aspects of it are fine, put your water in a thermos and no one will say s***.
If you’re staying for multiple days/nights having your own snacks and pillows is reasonable.
But for a regular day chilling its very human to just pull up with nothing and graciously accept or humbly decline any refreshments or accommodations your host is providing.
