Hey fellow KTT members, these past couple days I’ve been sick with something that isn’t covid but feels like just a regular fever. Headaches and feeling generally kinda weak is my only real occuring symptoms.
Since yesterday, when it comes to sleep, I tend to wake up way earlier and for a second cant move. Usually the dream will make me feel like im completely disconnected from each part of my body, and it feels like I have to talk to each part to make myself awake.
I’m someone who’s has sleep issues before, but nothing like this, taking me almost 20 minutes to tell myself I’m fine. But these past two days spooked me out majorly.
I’m not 100% sure if its like a sleep paralysis, since it seems to last longer than when I’m sitting up or walking around, like almost a brain fog kind of way. It almost feels like a split brain whenever I’m trying to get awake.
Any advice experience on something like this?

Would be happy to answer any questions for those who have any, it’s very confusing and maybe someone else can help me figure out if I’m not losing it.

sleep paralysis sounds scary af tho

when i had covid i was just weak, brain fog, and a fever for about 8-10 days

no cough

sleeping was weird but i think that was from the fever and i stopped smoking
