Anything else abnormal op otherwise everyone is jus gonna tell you go seek mental help

I have like sleep paralysis but that s*** don't happen when i wake from sleep. like specifically before i go to sleep and nothing else. they don't tell me to do anything f***ed but it's like they're asking me to help them and save them.
