Their hands are morphing into each other and there's not enough room for 5 fingers on the woman's hand, also the woman's hand has made a an extra finger behind the palm that morphs into the "cancer" dudes hand

Also the proportions are f***ed up

Edit: just noticed too the other hand of the "cancer" sign guy hand is also f***ed up, it couldn't decide to make a full fledge knuckle digit or to curl the hand fully this it has a two finger digit fusion that is half defined and looks like a "monkeys paw"
