30+ with no regular back pain
I played football for 11 years and got into 2 bad accidents in my 30s. Rip to my back
Consider yourself blessed and highly favored
lmfao you’re a decade away from chronic pain
but this is a warning sign that this is how bad it is if you don’t take care of yourself

i wish i had some videos or something in hand but my advice is to look some up based on where exactly your pain is (mid back, upper back, neck and shoulders whatever hurts) and get in the shower
the tough answer man is that it’s probably not gonna feel better today. these things are preventative more than anything
White hairs on my beard, chest, and head, beer belly, wrinkles around my eyes, and there’s just no way to go back. Combine with my son who’s about to graduate high school in less than 2 years, I’m feeling old. Time’s gone by like it’s nothing, so many memories were formed over my lifetime. Friends and lovers came and went, but that’s part of life. Switched careers about 3 times, going from being an actuary to engineer now to an accountant. I remember my son coming into this world and shopping clothes and toys from Toysrus like it was yesterday.
Such is life, I’m happy being in a stable job with a loving girlfriend but thinking about my age depresses me a little.
