Sounds more like you developed a tolerance to your dosage? Alkaline water does not neutralize amphetamines

If anything alkaline water would help the body absorb the meds so

With amphetamines you can no problem. Might be a bit bummed out when your dopamine readjusts, but its safe to stop.

Adderall come down the woat. That’s why I haven’t been taking it lately
