It’s a warehouse job, what you expect..?
I worked there for 5 years and I can tell you no one wants to be there. Started as an associate and was a conveyor mechanic for them when I left. I did it while I was in school for electric and once I found something better I bounced.
Did you work for RMEor JLL or something at the end? What site has a “conveyor mechanic”?
This nigga Dot funny cause he proceeded to pay be six figures to be at the Met

Just got the blue badge.
As soon as you get in Amazon you supposed to have a goal and an exit strategy. That’s the only way for me to keep going mentally.
Im saving up for this studio and gonna spend a year over seas 2024-2025 so this job is to fund all of that.
Other than that I would’ve been quit and found something else
I started out as an associate back in 2017 and was planning to quit in like a month. I became an ambassador then a supervisor in 2 months and a manager at 2 years. Finally quit a few months ago. Its a good starting point for a career especially if you don’t have any college experience. You can also make them pay for college and get accommodations to not work as much while you take classes. They also have a robotics thing you can sign up for where they pay you to goto school in like maine or some s***. Two of my associates did that and ended up making like 95k and moved to seattle. I shoulda done that in hindsight

Once “Amazon Warehouse Manager” or some s*** is on your resume and on your linkedin your inbox is blowing up with offers. I ended up leaving to be a store manager making more than I did at Amazon to do way less. The experience was worth it in my opinion. There are horror stories everywhere, you gotta survive and make your work environment work for you in the end.
Yo this nigga Amish
Lmao nah I’m further northeast than the Amish. I’m near Scranton/Poconos.

Its worth it. Remember, there was no interview, they hired everyone. Your competition is practically nonexistent to move up. If you talk to your leadership team about how you want to move up and start stepping up, odds are they will push you up the pipeline. If they don’t show signs of moving you up , transfer to a different department or site until you get a leader that will cape for you.
Nice. What do u do nowadays
I work on the Railroad now as a Locomotive Electrician.
Lmfaooo I just tried some Amish milk from the market .. curiousity gonna be the death of me
