i was trying to place an order and their b****asses deducted the money but the orders didnt go through. there is nothing in my order history list and i didnt get a text confirmation

they dont have a freaking customer service email that is at the bottom of the site like a normal fukin website. i think they making the process convoluted on purpose so ppl can give up but f*** me if i do that

If you can’t get Amazon’s customer service to reverse it then call your bank and have them reverse the charge. Say it was unauthorized and that you didn’t order or receive any products.
