It's clear they aren't using him as I would. My interpretation would be he's trapped in the game and so he embraces it. As I said, I'm kind of tired of the arch of all characters with POV being redeemed and wanting to escape.
well to be fair with how they write this POV they really show the selfish and irresponsible side of these kind of characters.
Take for example Jesse, throughout the show there’s some good in him, sure.
but he manipulates addicts in group therapy for a healthy amount of profit, he has from the start even to EL Camino if given a chance at avoiding jail time he has jumped at the gun instead of taking responsibility.
Killing Gale, getting Jane back on d****, etc.
numerous different things.
For all you know this is probably a hidden layer in Nacho’s character that we all aren’t seeing, and it really would add more conflict and intrigue to his story.
Nacho >>>> Jesse
Kim >>>>> Skylar
BCS Mike >>>>> BB Mike
Lalo >>>>> Gus
More Hector >>>>>>
Yeah. I really am starting to think this show is better. I put off watching it for years because I always said “ahhh this will be trash, it’s based on a character that was not that interesting to me and will just be BB lite with a s***ty lawyer doing scams all the time.” I never thought IN A MILLION YEARS that I would even contemplate placing it before BB, but here I am.
the disrespect smh
jesse >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>nacho
kim >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>skylar
mike is mike
gus >>>>> lalo

I only agree with you on Jesse. And only that he’s a better developed character then Nacho
Oh and obviously kim i agree with also
Can yall stop comparing BCS to Breaking Bad
Just let it be great
They’re siblings, gotta pick a favorite
Holy s***, just saw the last ep.
Lalo’s gon kill everybody n I’m here for it.
That walk

I think his discussion with Don Eladio was that hidden layer. Nacho at his most vulnerable just speaking purely about what he wants. If Nacho thought he could create some distance with his father while staying in the game I think he would.
Of course the most pressing issue is being under the thumb of Gus. But I would not be surprised to see him turn down a chance to escape in favour of taking up the Salamanca mantle. Maybe he has something to do with why when we meet Krazy 8 in BB he's solo?

he probably gains control over the position with Eladio’s blessing.
so Gus would have free reign over that side of the cartel atm until Lalo’s revenge.
Anyone think Victor might be the guy that kills Nacho’s father?
If his father does die i think it would be by Lalo’s hand.
but i don’t know, i got a vibe during that scene where he was threatening his life in the car
The breaking bad disrespect on this site
Also I've been thinking a lot about Kim and Lalo.
I think he goes for her head after he finds out Saul worked with Mike(Gus)
Please just leave her alone Peter dont kill her

There’s been such a thing about Kim’s death within the fan speculation and the cast and crew in interviews and stuff
I feel like their love of subverting and doing something no one is expecting is gonna make them come up with something other than her getting killed

Hope she ends up marrying me tbh.
But yeah jokes aside we need season 6 asap :(
so who was the MVP of each season? In regards to just completely stealing scenes and being the highlight of the overall season.
Season 1 - Jimmy (very honorable mention goes to Mike)
Season 2 - Mike ( very honorable mention goes to Nacho)
Season 3 - Chuck (hate him all you want, the man put on a fantastic performance)
Season 4 - Kim ( very honorable mention goes to Jimmy)
Season 5 - Lalo (very honorable mention goes to Kim)
