does anyone else feel that the show has been under the radar for the past couple years? i feel like it's picking up a lot of steam now that it's wrapping up

If I had to guess I think they come up with a very clean and smart way to tie that desert ski mask scene from BB to Better Call Saul. Vince Gilligan loves using every puzzle piece

The level of detail in these shows as well.

it helps get us in the character’s headspace so much more, makes them feel more alive and real in a way.

I feel like just watching a laid back lalo moment of him just going to shower and napping for a hour only for him to continue his surveillance shows how this kind of life really feels like.

Showing Saul and Kim go through each little thing in their day by day whether it’s work or their schemes show how much there is to their thought process

yep. i feel more connected to these characters than in BB, but that's not to take away from that show because there's some aspects of that show i enjoy more than in BCS

Their writing process is so cool they don't have season arcs they just write themselves into a corner each season.

When Vince revealed that they filmed the Walter opening the trunk with the gun scene without having written the final shootout scene, that was nuts

Yeah there’s numerous times in flash forwards in breaking bad they didn’t know how they’d stick it in the future. That one in particular is crazy!

Yep they had no clue where they were going to use that gun they just liked the idea of it.

That is their whole thing in the writers room they just write themselves in a corner and they try to escape it.
Honestly sounds like a dream to be in that crew

I rewatched season 6 recently and I swear I have no clue where they are going and at this point I don't want to know.

Been avoiding spoilers like crazy, tho I found out something that could be part of the last episode and I'm kinda bummed but its nothing concrete that I can make sense of so I'm not too mad

I've been binging The X Files (both Vince and Peter worked on that) and I can't wait to see what they do next, I really hope the whole crew gets together and makes another classic

I would say there’s more intensity to BB’s Plot and BCS is more about the characters journey

i'm curious as to how Walt and Jesse will come into the show. i'm praying it's not some shoehorned s\*\*\*, but i doubt it since the show has been nothing but fantastic since the beginning

Rhea spoke briefly about this, and she mentioned something called the Rashomon Effect:

-"I would say it's not just specific to faces and places," Seehorn adds. "It's also story lines from Breaking Bad, and understanding the peripheral parts of some of them, and some of the Rashomon effect of what was going on when."

The "Rashomon" effect is a term coined after a classic Japanese film by the same name. The film depicts various people describing the murder of a samurai in a forest, with each unreliable telling of events revealing the character of those telling the story.

BCS certainly certified for me that Jimmy/Saul and Mike are my favorite characters in the BB/BCS universe personally

And their relationship with each other is hilarious/interesting
