you can kill nacho, you can kill howard, but you gotta let lalo make it to the finale

Ain't no way Lalo was gonna be around during the BB timeline and post-Gus' death.

We all knew Lalo was gonna die and not make it into the BB timeline.

We saw the death scene set up when Gus hid the gun in the tractor underground. Why are people acting surprised that it played out that way

i don’t mind the lalo death. especially since Gus observed that the Salamancas get pleasure out of letting the guy get his speech off before killing them like with Nacho. could’ve been a little better since Lalo was approaching mythical unbeatable territory up until that scene. but for the sake of the show landing as it finishes, I think it probably will pay off.

idk if u saw the reddit post i shared here a while back, it had set photos with different year cars for Jimmy and BB timeline, and very bright cars for Gene timeline.

Based on a few stuff like that, that should be the schedule

Thanks for pointing this out I know he was a fan favourite character ( mine too) but c'mon it would have been injustice and bit of a drag to keep him alive till finale when there's no mention of him other than that throwaway line in BB and Gus telling hector that he killed everyone in his family. So nah this the best they could do and they f***in delivered it.

Sometimes the best path for the character is the most predictable

There are a few more stuff but thats getting in borderline finale spoilers so I wont post em.

I agree. Lalo going out like Scarface would of been better cinematically but I think dying to Gus's hand alone adds depth to his revenge arc and shows that he's willing to get his hands dirty and not just hide behind his men. Just like the box cutter scene
