Damn on the BCS podcast they mentioned the Lalo/Howard/Kim/Saul apartment scene was when Bob had his heart attack
And Vince described it as literally watching Bob die
Thank god for the medical team heroes there that day who brought him back
They then came back 2 months later and filmed the rest of the scene. Filmmaking is a true magic trick because you’d be none the wiser. it flowed so well
Genuinely crazy to imagine while watching the scene, like they just came back 7 weeks later and picked up where they left off, comfortably cooked up another classic ep
does lalo and howard getting buried together even make sense
like there's 4 dead goons upstairs that lalo killed, you aren't burying them in the lab. why not just take howard's body out with them? they dropping those bodies off at the courthouse or something?
it's a nitpick but it's funny to imagine they're actively doing a worse job trying to hide the other corpses
Now that you mention it that’s a good point

gus gonna find out about how walt gets rid of bodies like
episode was insane
glad I didn't watch live on tv the other day, commercials woulda had me tight
Lowkey the commercials made you digest the scenes better and made you think how crazy this episode was

I think they REALLY want those two bodies to be hidden good. One for the cartel and two Howard’s whereabouts.
Mike’s goons don’t mean much, they’re just goons. No one would really care if they turn up dead somewhere in a ditch.

thats cap im sorry
its not a hot take that both s2 and s3 of brba are snoozers save for their latter halves. it's a hard time to rewatch brba in those seasons bc nothing f***ing happens episode after episode. I get that its a slow buildup but when you're binging...

yeah im sorry no
First half of S2(6 episodes) has Peekaboo,Grilled, 737, Breakage
First half of S3(also 6 episodes) has No Mas,Caballo Sin Nombre, Mas and Sunset
All of these literally classic episodes

It just seems that way bc the events that happen aren't as crazy as what happens during the later seasons. Character development and setting the scene/building the universe is incredibly important for these types of shows. If they just showed crazy scene after crazy scene it wouldn't hit nearly as hard without the buildup and subtle character changes.
When you're binging shows you should be enjoying the journey. Not just trying to knock it out/catch up as soon as possible. I always enjoy the earlier, less crazy scenes more when I rewatch cause u catch a lot of foreshadowing
I'm guessing that Gus will show Hector the tape that Lalo made before destroying it. Probably will be the reason that Hector stops looking Gus in the face

Nah tbh I kinda see it the other way - we all know how loyal Mike is to his guys, and how he reacted to Howard being thrown into the hole like he was nothing.
Wouldn't be surprised if he has a better burial in mind for his dudes, or if he's taking them to their families or whatever.
