My problem isn’t that. It’s that Lalo didn’t even fight. He went out in a second.

he got shot in the neck tho its not like it was a non fatal shot and he gave up and gus did some vengeance type speech then finished him off, feel like it still made sense but i also get where youre coming from to an extent

even at breaking bad's most depressing moments, i dont think it even comes close to what we've seen and are going to see this season

  • Jul 14, 2022

Seeing Kim in the room with all of Gus's men was so surreal, like she really is in the game now, straight up in the mix. Shows the difference between how Gus operates and how the Salamancas do. She was safe with Gus's men and would be returned to where she needs to be, whereas Salamancas would've cut her head off or some s\*\*\*

theres no way Lalo could've known Gus hid a gun down there he assumed he was in complete control of the situation. it makes complete sense some of yall just wanna complain

Plus notice that Gus played it super similar to how he saw Nacho play it - he learned from watching that situation.

Nacho talked that s*** and controlled the speed of the situation by gassing up Hector and company, and in doing so created a window to do what he needed to do.

Gus saw how Hector reacted, knew the hubris of the Salamancas, and played the situation with Lalo to his advantage in the same way. Started talking that s*** for the camera, making Lalo feel like the big man on campus, then pulled the rug out from underneath him in the same way that Nacho did. Only difference was he had home court advantage.

Gus probably realized its going to be this cat and mouse game with Lalo unless he solves it himself. He also showed in BB how he can handle himself in scenarios like this too. Remember how he took out basically all of Eladios crew? Hes killed people on this show too. hes a bad man

i feel like its gonna happen next episode cus vince said somewhere that next episode is even more heart shattering and depressing than the last one, im thinking what if she offs herself. Or feels too guilty and tries to go to the cops and gus kills her

Rhea been teasing that she was around in the BB timeline.

I still feel like Kim broke bad a while ago and she feels alive doing the type of s*** she’s into now. I think she was in shock after seeing someone she knew get murdered next to her, but if anything that might’ve cracked her even further.

Also, I have a feeling Gus/Mike worked a deal with Kim before they returned her to Jimmy that will play out further into the timeline.

the way u put it kinda makes me think its a possibility she will be around for bb timeline

in what ways has she teased that though?

Seen too many criticisms like the gun just popped up there for plot as if it wasn’t foreshadowed to us earlier

As soon as they went down there I knew the gun was going to come in play

The whole teaser for this episode showed us the lab as this final showdown place

Even had the lights go out and the spotlight on similar to the episode.

How would Gus/Mike hide that from Jimmy? I mean he would def be able to put 2 and 2 together. I don't think they would go another suicide route either

I forget the term she used but basically it was seeing certain scenes through someone else’s perspective. She said certain things we’ve seen in Breaking Bad will play out differently or have a different type of context.

Which makes me think Kim has scenes with Walt & Jesse

this might sound a bit far fetched but i was thinking maybe gus just does it without mike knowing because i doubt mike would be okay with that, there is tension between gus and mike now that u can see in the end of last episode with the things playing out differently scene. Kim saw a lot of faces and was very shooken up so i feel like gus has to do something. Whether that being killing her or maybe even taking her under his wing who knows. Either way it probably wont be anything we're expecting tbh.

i feel like if they have scenes with walt jesse and kim in the same room though it wouldnt make sense cus why wouldnt they show it in breaking bad, thered be no reason not to. Only way that could work is if shes just there and not introduced to them i think. But that def does point towards a possibility of kim being behind the scenes with jimmy in breaking bad for sure
