Hated Kim's character this entire season
Saul literally tried to stop her from doing all that s\*\*\* and now she wanna break up like b\*\*\*\* you should've listened
Also her reasoning made no sense. She didn't tell him because she knew he would fear for her and want to protect her? What's wrong with that? And then the leap to go from that to somehow he would want to break up makes no sense tf
I feel like they just didn't know how to write her out of the show so they made up some bullshit storyline that honestly felt pretty poorly written imo
She listed a lot of different reasons from a clearly shaken up state of mind bro. On top of that shes been conflicted morally for a while now. The things to focus on that you didnt mention is her acknowledging that them as a pair is bad for everyone around them and her not wanting to tell Jimmy about Lalo because she was having too much fun with the scam. Both of these have been clear from the beginning.
Hating and disagreeing with the character’s decisions doesnt mean its bad writing. I’m not tryna write a whole essay about this but some of this s*** has been written on the wall since season 2. A lot of her decision making tracks with that of a child of an addict with other reward based mommy issues on top of that.

Showed how with everything that happened in his life, once he lost Kim Jimmy died in that exact moment
And the scenes show he’s just a complete shell of a person at that point
