He grew on me so much that I feel like the old Jeff would feel out of place in the story because he's just too menacing and creepy. This Jeff works better because he's more timid and subdued.

So glad they didn’t overstuff it with BB s***. Just gave us the rundown of the important details of Sauls side of meeting them. As soon as Saul becomes Heisenbergs lawyer he was 100% on board. Nothing else going on in the bg like people thought

there was just something mythical about Saul/Gene making clever vague references to them but not actually seeing them

i actually wouldnt mind a gus fring spinoff as well

fully aware they’d have to go super far back since we already got a lot of his story in BCS and BB

but they did say he was a ghost back in Chile could make for a great narco type story, seeing his early upbringing and meeting his partner, and them starting los pollos in south america

I wouldn’t say it was needed. But each BB scene in this episode showed an amazing parallel to where gene is now. Just shows he is the same person following his same habits.

But I’ll take a Walt and Jesse cameo any day of the week. Wasn’t just a fan service cameo either, it meant something
