Seems like it’s been confirmed many ways in this thread already, but one more reason to believe it’s Kim on the phone — when Thomas was on the podcast he said “When he’s talking with Kim on the phone…or another person from the company” the way he says it with a pause implies it’s Kim and he forgot for a half second to add that it might not be
