i dont know what to make of the episodes from nippy onwards tbh. i think they are good but it feels weird that the show is gonna end like this

i still like these episodes dont get me wrong and i expect to enjoy the finale. i just didnt expect it to end this way

obvious cry moment was Kim on the bus but in a much subtler way I was bouta lose it at the convo between Jimmy and Kim on the phone. perfectly nailed the awkward vibe of interacting with someone you have so much history with but haven’t seen in a long time, and all you really have in common anymore is that time and nothing else

bro said “still out here, still getting away with it” like that toxic ass behavior didn’t get him into his s***hole life rn. meanwhile Kim, one of the most outspoken people on the show, is so traumatized she can’t even voice a definitive decision about ice cream flavors. these guys used to love each other and now they doin the awkward “yep.” to fill gaps in conversation there’s really nothing left to say

before this season I fr was imagining that Kim would come back into Jimmy’s life and the color would come back and he’d get some semblance of something happy but these last few eps have been painfully honest about who he is and it’s not looking good at all
