Expanding on this because f*** it if this does happen, and Kim is brought as a witness to testify per her statement to the DA, would make for some endless possibilities for amazing drama and emotions between her and Saul. This writing team would knock that s\*\*\* out the park. would be great to see their final interaction rightfully be in a court of law on opposite sides of each other.

This is good but I can't see the DA pursuing a case with no evidence (no body) over the more pressing case of Saul's involvement with Heisenberg. Whatever Kim can testify to has no bearing on that case
