Kim was looking extra hot for Jimmy when they were smoking a pac together
the classic love story told on tv
I adore how the flashbacks meant something to the story and Jimmy as a character. I remember being disappointed by the ones El Camino, feeling like it was just fan service. This felt perfect. F*** man
Yeah absolutely, I feel like they learned from that misfire
Part of the issue with the flashbacks in El Camino is that the whole movie is Jesse, it's like literally every single scene is with him I think, so it just feels like the flashbacks kind of slide in at goofy points and don't really end up having any thematic relevance or urgency.
Like, with these last few eps of BCS the flashbacks usually came at points where Jimmy was actually in a place that reminiscing made sense. In El Camino though we get forced stuff like "oh uh the dudes have hired some escorts so Jesse is gonna have to wait outside... and uh yeah now he remembers this one thing that happened with Walt" or "oh uh Jesse needs to stop the car and have a rest for a sec so now he's thinking about Todd" etc.
It just feels more expertly constructed, like it has weight to it and feels like it's more organic.
still cant wrap my head around the amount of s*** that happened this season
whole s*** felt like 5 different seasons in one (in a good way)
Thread has been so great, love to each and every one of you during this run, from KTT1 to now
Same to you
They definitely f***ed
Scene will be Blu-ray exclusive
Blu-ray the only way to see that 1000fps Phantom cam slowmo bootyhole zoom and they know it
Is this why he keeps mentioning "time machines"?

Had to cop that vintage paperback from a website that might not even ship it to me :
The flashbacks were some of the best ive ever seen, in terms of execution. Usually they just feel like fan service. For this episode it gave me feels like the LOST finale where you kind of get to say good bye to each character(iykyk). Chuck flash back was
He really had to give up 7 years for love, though?
didn't notice this while watching. their flame is still there. a flicker of hope.

^ this is what I refer to

he did the right thing for once and it didn't backfire unlike all the times in his life when one scheme would inevitably involve another
its a bit stretchy but satisfying nevertheless
Seeing chuck was like seeing endgame opening night and watching the portal’s open next to captain America
Wait a second
damn it just hit me that the chuck flashback is jimmys time machine moment, it was the one time chuck tried to connect with jimmy and talk about law stuff with him without an ulterior motive and jimmy turned it down, in the end all he really wanted was to make things right with his brother
more to this per reddit:
it seems like that flashback took place one day before s01e01 of BCS. in the finale Jimmy mentions a newspaper that he'll bring to Chuck in Uno. him starting his 'practice' per chucks words was Jimmy quite literally kicking off the entire brba universe. also would make sense for him to finally trace to that particular moment as the starting point of it all literally and figuratively
it could've changed so so SO many lives on so many levels had he stayed there with his brother its crazy
Day one with no new Saul to look forward to
Yall think Jimmy went through all that he did so he could work at Cinnabon forever
even if he got released in 7 years he'd been unemployable and hated by everyone including Kim
By doing what he did everyone gets closure plus he gets to be that nigga in prison
Avon Barksdale moves

A few episodes ago he was ready to give his life for Kim's when he convinced Lalo to send her instead, giving her the option to escape and save her life
I think Kim is the only person he puts before himself, going from 7 to 80+ is a stretch but I buy it
Hell no, He was willing to give up his life to Lalo to save her life
In this case he gave himself life in prison just so she d be proud of him foh thats terrible writing lmao
After all that, a happy ending 🥲
It's nice to see something that inspires hope, a better chance for redemption.
From season 6 episode 1 montage

Thought he did it cause he finally realised hes a menace to society, the kim s*** was just an extenuating factor
