what's the consensus on the new splash mountain
Jun 26, 2024·2 repliesWith my annual cedar point trip booked, I was wondering what is currently the top 5 coaster parks in the US.
1. CP (not up for debate). The Mecca
2. Hershey (maybe controversial maybe not. Fantastic top 3 with Skyrush, Candymonium, and Wildcats revenge. Very good supporting lineup too with lightening racer, stormrunner, and Fahrenheit.)
3. BGT (gwazi, montu, kumba = elite top 3. Another stellar supporting cast with Sheikra, cheetah hunt)
4. BGW (my home park, Apollo, alpengeist, pantheon, griffon. Like come on. If we had got the RMC hybrid like we were supposed, we might be number 2. Loch Ness, invadr, and verbolten would be many parks top 3.)
5. Kings Island (Orion, diamondback, banshee, beast, ,mystic timbers. KI has it all. I love banshee, would it be better with normal B&M restraints yeah, but I don’t think it takes that much away from the ride. When the vortex replacement arrives, we’ll see where they land)
HM: Great Adventure, Magic Mountain, KD, Carowinds, and Dollywood
