2wordsSlow rollouts are still the norm for Stones Throw
It really depends on the artist. It's not something that can be generalized. Knx's last stones throw release dropped within a month of the single. DJ Harrisons last album had 3 singles. They all dropped within a month of each other and then the album was right after. The Koreatown Oddity's last 2 albums had singles released a month before the album.
Like I said I think they know this going to probably be their biggest release for a while so they're just getting all their ducks in a row

Suede was out 2 years before Nxworries I think
They’re doing a bunch of festivals starting in may

I remember on Paak's bday he told knx it was "almost time" on his IG story. Idk if it was in reference to the album or the tour tho.

Yeah fair enough but with a big collab release for them, this is expected. Anyone who was expecting the album by now when the single dropped was being silly

silk sonic rollout made 0 sense too, and that's what we got
i'm starting to think the problem is Paak... he might be too much of a perfectionist or something and things just get way too long to get released
