i feel like once accepting that this (and New Blue Sun) is André 3000 in a non-vocal capacity, it's quite easy to put on in the background and listen to. tranquilizing. it's nothing spectacular, but if André's name wasn't on it and I just happened to stumble on it i'd still hold those same thoughts.

it's just really f***in cool that he made the leap to record and release this stuff and is going for it, all in. (and the music is good and well-received for the most part)
