How am i supposed to know this when i go to billboards site to look at the list and its not there yet, but they're tweeting about something that hasn't happened yet?

I dont have twitter and if i did i wouldnt be following any accounts that talk about billboard charts. When i see something about a hot 100 placement, i just google "hot 100" and click the link to billboard's site. And i didnt see it there. So i had to question what they were talking about
