I had the fold 2 and it was nice at the time but it was bulky and the front screen is too narrow. The hinge eventually gets loose with the amount of times opening it and Samsung warranty are horrible to deal with...looking at the new ones there has only been slightly variations. Hopefully the new ones fix these issues

its an old phone from 2020, i got it refurbished from ebay, idk about ir blaster, i got an lg v20 to use as a music player but its pretty slow and not a lot of apps work with it, so gonna try this lg v60, if it doesnt work out then sony experia 1 v is my next consideration

Lowkey Huawei would've already surpassed Samsung by now if not for the ban. They've been the biggest innovator in Android before and post-US ban for several years now.

• 512 GB's memory built-in.
• You can upgrade the storage with an additional 1 TB's of storage.
• It runs almost stock Android like the Google Pixel smartphones but got some extra Sony stuff though.
• It has a headphone jack.
• It has a 4K @ 120 Hz screen if you do get the Sony Xperia 1 III, IV or V... Or a 2K @ 120 Hz screen if you do get the Sony Xperia VI which came out in 2024.
• Its cameras are good depending on which one you do get and in this case so would I recommend the Sony Xperia 1 V or Sony Xperia 1 VI.

And more stuff that you'll find out about once you do get one!

Also the Sony Xperia 1 VII should be out around Q2-Q3 2025 so you might want to wait before getting one.

• more brands are putting silicon battery and it is a notable upgrade

• new soc even though the average users should be perfectly content w chips from 2 years back yet they still manage to improve in pretty big way this time

What's lacking is the display like the Samsung anti glare tech and I heard they got monopoly on it that not even iPhones can have it. Another is the OnePlus aquatouch really need that s*** on other phones but OP also killing it with their latest flagship
