Kemono Friends Season 1 - really a kids show (think Sesame Street, Yokai Watch) but set in a post-apolyptic, Fallout-like world has led to some craziest worldbuilding I've seen in any fiction. Just layers and more details to discover with every watch and when I'm done I ended up with even more questions
