kaoru hana is disappointing. not quite what i'd call "by the numbers" but it's lacking something
Closest imax screening of reze is 1 hour and 20 minutes from where i live f*** me
Haven't watched any anime since dandadan S1, time to peep S2

u dont wanna go anyway anime fans are like 10 year old children they don't know how to act in a movie theater.
i went to see kimetsu when i was on a business trip in the us and got sat next to this college aged group and it was f***ing awful
talking the whole time and then when akaza first came on screen they were screaming "LETS GOOOO!!!!!" then during his flashback they were like "SNOOZE" and pulled out their phones and got on instagram and s***
it was legit some s*** you'd read online and think a boomer was making it up
In short, sorry guys, but for the greater good anime fans should be banned from cinemas.

Went to a screening of End of Evangelion and it was dead quiet, I think theres a cutoff with older anime fans

I might have been lucky but i never experienced such crowds, either watching old or new movies. I watched demon slayer as well and honestly the kids were all surprisingly well behaved lol.
But there could be wild animals in theatres im watching reze movie on the big screen as if my life depended on it
Watched fragrant flower ep 1 and found it the most boring cliche tropey in a bad way anime, does it get better or should i stop here

I'm just never going to the movies in the usa ever again.
I'll stick to my japan releases...... dont need no f***ing subtitles anyway
i've seen dandadan and one piece film red in theaters and both times people were pretty chill. some kid did shout "THE ONE PIECE IS REAL" cause that meme was big at the time
but he didn't interrupt the actual movie and the rest of the audience was normal. the dandadan audience seemed to skew a bit older (like mid-late 20's) and everyone there was just fine too
coming out of anime retirement to say the reze movie was phenomenal
captured everything enjoyable about csm to a tee. sakuga enjoyers are going to feast

honestly this was my fear of watching an anime movie in theaters + bad odor but it was actually a pretty chill experience for me
The way of the househusband a good story but i shouldve just read the manga
Entire anime is still shots panned over or only mouths moving.
I dont mind minimally animated scenes in the medium, but ts basically counted as the manga with va's
