I didn't like how Ruka was acting this episode

I know a lot of people find her irritating and annoying but I don’t see her that way. She’s just trying to hold on to the love she’s found, she might not be doing it the right way but it’s not 100% her fault. Kazuya could have easily just cut things off with her after a week but he didn’t. Then he complains about how he wishes he had a girlfriend to do things with and completely forgets about Ruka. Like it’s totally unfair to her and I sympathize with her about it.

All of these girls are regularly “dating” way older grown adults at their jobs as shown so Kazuya isn’t a big concern compared to that especially because he’s a childish prick

Dude, she's literally made to be a detestable character. So, if people dislike her, then I think the author is doing his job. I can understand how she can make the show interesting as an antagonist with the conflict she presents. But honestly I don't even think her writing is that great as an antagonist. Maybe to people who dislike the series and most of the characters. But even then, I question why people even bother watching it other than people adding to the overblown hate this series has gotten.
