Afaik miura did the writing and storyboarding for duranki though, and i agree that assistans are great too at drawing, i didnt have any issues with the latest chapter we got, they're amazing. But now miura wont even contribute to write the story, and that inevitably will make the new chapters feel different and bittersweet in a way. We wont have miura's paneling, or the beautiful silent, intimate character moments, or the minute details he would obsess over. I'll still read obviously, and i hope that miura would've been happy with this decision. I guess treating this as a nice bonus would be the best way to go about it, and i dont want to come off as disrespectful to the team because regardless i'll support their work

While im at it, i should probably read kouji mori's holy land

The story at the very least will go the way Miura intended. Mori has said as such he already knew how Miura intended the rest of Berserk to progress/end so that at least will remain intact.

But yea Miura's paneling is a huge loss and I'm not sure anyone (even his apprentices) can recreate it the same way
