Bazooeshould i start hunter x hunter or one piece. kinda leaning hunter x hunter since it isn't a thousand episodes but one piece's vibe is enticing
i generally have never clicked with shonen's and know these are considered 2 of the goats. just want something i can sink some time into.

Is it only manga or all rom comics and media in general that the main lead girl is going to win the heart of the boy MC when she is on the cover? Do authors just not like a mystery angle of who's going to win when there are love rivals?
I get that journey is important, but I would rather see more couples be made halfway through a manga run and see their relationship grow.
Would watch one if two girls are best friends, the main characters and equally important, competing for the same guy

I'm reading a manga that is close to this. It's called blue box and it's about a dude on a sports team who falls in love with a girl on the basketball team. Hs best friend already confessed to him halfway through the story, and they're actually competing for him.
I'm pretending that there's a chance that the best friend can win, but the other girl already is the center of the cover of the first chapter of the manga
