Tokyo Tarareba Girls and Princess Jellyfish for sure. Her works are romance and woman-perspective oriented, idk if you're into that or not. She's just an excellent writer. Really good at capturing the state of just being human in a day-to-day, relatable way -- the ups and downs and everything else.

Definitely check out Tokyo Tarareba Girls if you're interested in day-to-day stuff. It's literally about a group of 30 somethings who go out and drink after every day lamenting past/current mistakes and vowing to do better in their drunken state. Feels very real
