Check CDJapan and see what its listed as. If its "sold out" you're outta luck on there. If its "proxy" then you might get lucky if they can find one for you. Otherwise your best bet is getting one 2nd hand from Yahoo Auctions Japan or Mandarake, those are the two I mainly use for more obscure anime stuff. You could try Ebay too I guess. Realistically though I guess you just hope for an announcement that they'll print more books. Most of my circle is pretty into production stuff though so if a re-run happens I'll probably hear it from them and @ you.
