Oh my god man

felt a lot of monogatari vibes in the camera cuts in the first episode of call of the night s2 and it turns out the director for this season has directed a bunch of monogatari seasons and episodes
The discourse surrounding dandadan is so annoying. And they're all coming from the same type of ppl

?
The same s*** from the first episodes
Oh yeah. I mean... It happens repeatedly and people cosplay that s***. So it's not like the audience is any better than the author. The guys who try to commit these specific acts barely get anything more than a punch to the face from what I remember.

Tbh on one hand, it's kinda wild how often Momo is sexually harassed - but, the show doesn't treat it lightly. It's always portrayed as something done by villains, clearly framed as wrong. Like, one of the core characters (Turbo Granny) is defined by how she protects the spirits of girls who were sexually assaulted and murdered.

I guess you can interpret it as this is how men are critiqued as this being an occurring problem. However, people aren't smart enough to digest it like that as well.

2026 looking like quite the year for anime
Crying, ts looks like a two pack of ass

Turbo Granny gets her vengeance on men by basically sexually assaulting them via stealing their cock and balls though. The series definitely has a double standard in the dichotomy of how the two are treated. While Momo's situations are treated more respectfully, Okarun's typically is used as a gag.

all the bullshit that gets a budget and this can't?
finally got around to finishing "rock is a lady’s modesty"
i'm ngl the music aspect of it was
i was way more interested in the interpersonal character dynamics of it all rather than enjoying it as a girl's band anime
overall still pretty decent but it didn't hit as hard as bocchi or gbc
if it gets a s2 in the future i don't think i'd care enough to watch it

Ruri no Houseki is kino
Also before anyone asks. Yes, Houseki no Kuni serves as a prequel to this and you NEED to watch that to understand what's going on in this show
