I been trying to settle on what anime to currently watch. I was marathoning last year and beginning of this year then went back to movies some and other shows. But got funimation, crunchy roll, netflix, hbo max. I just be picky sometimes. Jojo I am hyped, Belle looks fire. Besides that dont know cause I started a lot then it felt gassed. Wonder Egg Priortiy started super strong loved it would have been my anime of year if it stuck landing

It turns out the anime sales (including merch) from oversea has beaten the domestic sales in year 2020. Couple things to notice here:

• the overall market has shrunk than the previous year but 2019 is also the record year oat. This is totally bc the pandemic happened and affected the physical stores and live event

• the industry still lacks manpower to keep up with the demand, studios are booked years in advance meanwhile newer hot s*** hit the streets all the time

• anime is finally mainstream. Edgy bois cant claim it isn't
