Between the two Kill la kill for sure
Tbh it also depends what your roommates like, but if you don't want to commit to a long show maybe some oav/movies would be better
I'd say movies but they're more about something we can all watch randomly. Maybe eventually they'll watch those
That ToG idea might be it. Heard nothing but good things so far too
highly recommend it! y’all got three episodes to peep and decide if y’all wanna keep watching
Haikyuu legit one of the best animes I’ve ever seen and I still have two more seasons to watch after this

Real af, this how I felt when I first started watching it
You not f***ing ready for S3

I wouldn’t say as I’m tough as a critic as some people here. I don’t Deep dive into cinematography specifics and all that. But I can tell when an anime is badly animated or badly written. Some shows are “guilty pleasures” though. I definitely probably give a higher average rating than most people but I think part of that is that these days I’m playing catch up to a lot of classics missed so I’m not wasting my time with anime lower than a 7.5 on MAL most of the time.
I think recently I’ve been very critical on some animes I watched, more than normal. Once you’ve seen so many great anime, the “average” ones ended up feeling bad instead of average because they fail in comparison to other shows you’ve seen.
That’s the one issues with watching anime 8 hours a day during quarantine. You watch so much anime that you might not fairly judge an anime because you compare them.

I have two more episodes of season 2 I believe then on to season 3
Starting a house anime and based off my roommates attention span I'm trying to pick a shorter one.
The two ideas I've had are Akame ga kill or Kill la Kill but if you guys have a preference of those two or something else let me know what you think
Are they already into anime or would this be their introduction?
I recently got my roommate (who had never watched anime) to watch attack on Titan with me, and he f***ing loved it and we tricked through the whole show in like 2 weeks
Haikyuu S3 is god tier
Also one of the best OPs everrr
I’m excited now
Season 2 already has an insane opening song

My one roommates into it already but my other one isn't. He's watched attack and fma and liked them but never got into it after that so I'm figuring a shorter one would be better.
I tried getting him on Geass earlier but he watched like 2 or 3 episodes then never watched it again

Anohana is a very good 11 episode anime: myanimelist.net/anime/9989/Ano_Hi_Mita_Hana_no_Namae_wo_Bokutachi_wa_Mada_Shiranai

i mean, Geass is good but extremely dry at certain points (especially the beginning) so i can see why someone would be put off
Just got done with season 2 of Haikyuu. The first few episodes were a bit dry compared to season 1 so I’m debating giving it a 9/10 but the last half of the season was so good that anything other than a 10 feels wrong

The final sequence of the final match was pure magic

I personally loved it pretty much right from the beginning. I watched the first 2 episodes together and was hooked already after those.
There are definitely a few episodes that’s aren’t as exciting as the rest, but I thought the show was very engaging pretty much the whole time

The whole tournament in season 2 was just SSS tier television
The great thing about anime is that’s i know if Kaikyuu was a normal tv show that I wouldn’t like it.
Also, did Haikyuu season 3 skip game 3? They should be on the 3rd game but it says 4.
