What order do I watch it in?

Release order should be fine

I don't know what release order, but this is what google told me upon a quick inquiry:

First Act: Bakemonogatari, Nisemonogatari, Nekomonogatari Black, and Kizumonogatari.

Second Act: Nekomonogatari White, Kabukumonogatari, Hanamonogatari, Otorimonogatari, Onimonogatari, and Koimonogatari.

Final Act: Tsukimonogatari, Koyomimonogatari, Owarimonogatari, and Zoku Owarimonogatari.

That one is needlessly complicated. "Onimonogatari" for example is just a small arc in the "Monogatari Series: Second Season" and doesn't have its own separate season so it might be a pain in the ass to find.

There you go. Proper order using MAL names so it'll be easier to search. The three Kizumonogatari series can be watched either after Bakemonogatari season or after the Owarimonogatari season. If you wanna follow the order it was told in the books, watch the Kizu movies after you finish Bake. Though saving the movies for after Owarimonogatari helps amplify the mystery for earlier seasons so that's what I would choose personally. Either option is fine.
