Violet a good watch to see KyoAni full flex, but the works that come after the tv series convinced me that it's one of my fav series OAT

Lucky Star is a fun watch, show also like a commentary of Japanese and weeb culture ever so often in such ways it's a standout

yeah ive heard really good things about violet's specials and even later episodes, and obviously the aesthetic is insane but the premise and introduction didnt really do enough to hook me when it was airing. maybe ill power through everything when the movie makes it onto netflix

honestly the main reason i havent watched lucky star yet is because the girls looked kinda weird on the promo art but i hear its a classic so ill get around to it for sure

Violet evergarden was so good bro and Amagi Brilliant Park felt like this hidden gem when I first watched it. The soundtrack to that was

9/10 you can’t know if you’re gunna like or dislike something based off one episode. you have to give it two episodes at the very least, or risk quitting something you’d have really liked if you just gave it an actual chance.

especially with anime lmao most first episodes are duds imo, not a good way to judge an entire series’ quality.

i aint even say i dislike the series lol i obviously cant rate it yet but i can at least say i didnt like what i watched, no?

i just didnt feel compelled to watch more after the first episode at the time. i was watching it weekly too so its not like i could just jump to the next episode immediately either and there were other shows that grabbed my interest during the wait, so yeah ill take that risk

for sure you can feel however you want about whatever you want man, i just thought that was funny lol

Too much stuff happened in last episode of goh lol, couldnt understand s***. But i guess its more crunchyroll's fault for making it only 13 episodes long not giving much room for proper explanations and more time to breath between events.
