I feel like they finally depict the reality of what a “loser harem mc” is though and that’s what makes it work for me.
Plus he does actually grow as a character in the first season and it feels natural where even at the end he’s still a super flawed dude but he starts to realize what others are doing for him.

My Hero is 10x better than Black Clover in terms of story
Black Clover overall is meh but they do have some of the best moments you'll see
End of the Elf arc was really good and this new Spade Kingdom arc looks promising
My Hero season 5 gonna be extremely good too
