Bleach as a whole I give a 6/10 tbh

Like the show felt out of order and the Ichigo asspulls after a few days or weeks of training were just ridiculous...

In the whole Aizen thing he didn't even feel like he was apart of it

Like they just threw him in just because he's the main character

Plus they botched a ton of characters like Gin, Aizen and the visors

YLIA was unbearable to me, it was gross melodrama that it reached the point of being nonsense

The show also handles comedy like a person with parkinsons draw a straight line

I think what always brings me back to it is that the parts feel like they should’ve summed up to a tier 1 shonen. The cast diversity, the powers, the early manga art direction, Aizen, the powers, the uniqueness of names in that universe, etc. it should be better than a Naruto at least, but it’s just not and it’s sad

Honestly the characters were so-so to me so I didn’t enjoy it as much as most

Still had a tear run down my face tho so it got the job done. I’d recommend it because it did get progressively better

7.5/10 & this is both clannad & after story

For me personally I played piano as a kid & stopped so I kinda related to the main character in a way I guess.

The ending was so sad and I thought was the cutest s*** ever. Well thought out and I loved how they showed the ep name at the end of the episodes.

It was really fun, they just did so many things so wrong to the point where a lot of stuff just didn't make much sense at all

Ichigo being so strong (which was just stupid by the way) in the Soul Society then every arc after that he just getting whooped by everybody

How Orihame was so damn useful in the Rukia recuse arc then turns into a helpless cry baby

How Chad was the most useless character that tbh didn't even need to be in the series

I mean I can go on and on by sheesh, hope it comes back 1 day

Like I said im still a massive stan, its got some of my favorite:
powers (Kyoka Suigetsu, Hado 90, Yamamoto's bankai)
heroines (Rangiku, Nel)
villains (You gotta like Grimmjow and Ulquiorra, but I really fw Haschwaltz from the last arc too)
and names. The names for Quincy powers, get ups, transformations, everything, the way Kubo looped in German s*** for them or Spanish influenced names for others, s*** just worked to me

I think the anime will get animated one day but its gonna take some massive swelling of support, and Im hoping the light novels becoming physical manga in the US in 2020 will drum that up

Might wanna check Nodame Cantabile then, it most similar to the Piano show. also another show called Ballroom e Youkoso, this one has competitive dance as the central theme but still shares a lot of parallels it being a SoL genre

Else just start Hibike!, it's the greatest instrument focused series ever to exist

so far at its worst beastars animation can be choppy and offputting, and at its best is some of the finest, most totally unique animation ive seen. obv its similar to land of the lustrous but i like this more. the "fight" scenes are something to behold. thank the f***ing lord orange got it

Ok it did get progressively better & I did get to the point where I didn’t want it to end. Very sad towards the end.

I had to watch an explanation to fully understand what happened, but now I get it & I can say I liked it for what it was.

The twins OVA was very interesting. The only thing I wish was that the focus wasn’t so much on ozanaki & sunohara got a couple episodes. They should have gotten him more involved tbh.

Idk it was a very odd yet good show. I’d recommend it, I fw it. It’s funny cus at the beginning I thought they looked like insects with the big ass eyes 😂 especially nagisa

I agree it's weird that the friend group wasn't really in this season, especially Sunohara, I actually really like him

I do like that Nagisa's parents are in it a lot, they're great

And for me After Story hits so hard, like beginning to end but especially the last 5-6 episodes, are some of my favorite anime episodes ever

I really like the vibe of Clannad in general, it's usually really simple but I think the art style, music and humor play a big part, it has a lot of charm and it's lighthearted
