I'm already dismissing the whole argument when I saw they used megasimp and not the long established term 'yandere'
But fr though let the people cook. Actually have respect on creators right and really just foreign culture actually
The pacing on shaman king is crazy quick just like brotherhood was on the early parts
When Kaido shows up on Saiki K and it plays his anime protagonist theme song it's funny every time
THIS IS THE WORK OF...THE DARK REUNION
Tokyo Revengers: Cool premise, but I wasn't completely sold on the show. I think it could get repetitive if he's constantly going back in time and back to present day to see what worked. None of the characters really stood out either. I'll give it a few more weeks to see where the story goes.
86: Hard af. Really good world building in the first episode. The government lying to the public about no human casualties, everyone in the main city having the same hair/eye color, the relationship between the offsite commander and the actual soldiers, etc. The light novel is apparently great, so hopefully they can do it justice.
I though it was the government not technically lying on some loophole s\*\*\* like I thought it was just an implication that the 86ers were either not natural humans and were clones or made in a lab. Or to a more f\*\*\*ed up degree, remnants of countries they defeated before and force to fight/view as sub human or some s\*\*\*.
you prolly told the artist to make her skirt shorter and her shirt tighter huh
Hell no, wholesome only

Cause in both the early parts werent all that. Im actually glad they're speeding through the beginning, nothing crazy is happening

That post reeks of someone who has seen maybe 30 shows at most and thinks they're an expert on the medium. I can't even tell what they consider to be "well written" considering they think Attack on Titan's female cast is "incredibly well written."

This user is just disregarding the hundreds of well written female characters in anime and manga to push their narrative, nothing to see here

Anime/manga with well-written female characters? I'm not much in the world like most people here but I swear I saw plenty of the archetypes this guy describes in the anime I saw.

The examples that user provided were mostly if not all your average shonen jump shonen. Go outside of that target and you'll see a world of stories that dont follow these tropes

There's plenty of archetypes in tv shows and movies too, that'll always be around, but there's also plenty that have well written characters all around.

Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid
Shiki is like in my top 3 favorite characters of all time
On a serious note Asuka (NGE), Violet, and Kumiko are 3 characters that come to mind for me.
Casca from berserk too but it’s been so long since I’ve read it and even longer since I watched the golden age arc so I can’t remember too much
Heaven’s feel Sakura too
Any Megalobox 2 watchers?
Hoping this can be as good as Season 1.
Here's the rest of the stuff I'm watching: anilist.co/user/AlaricERA/animelist
