well in my head i'd say there are many japanese you g men that look like jpop boy band types and so they might like a softer manga then u add women n u got huge demos. im just trying to understand how it became the biggest selling manga

The word jew isn’t derogatory but many english speakers have used words like jew and other legitimate ethnicities, like mexican, as an insult. so both words, while linguistically correct, sound bad no matter how you say them. It’s probably best to just avoid the word jew and stick to jewish like you should avoid jap and just say japanese (although jap is real slur that u should avoid regardless)

im far from a demon slayer fan, but cmon man. You can't call Demon Slayer childish or soft when you got grown ass men here shilling for Marvel movies. At the least, Demon Slayer does have legit horror moments and it is not shy on blood/gore. I'd say its kinda pushing the limits of PG entertainment especially when you look at what is popping in worldwide entertainment.

I think in the future you should avoid making sweeping assumptions about cultures you aren't informed about.

As far as why it became the best selling manga, iirc 5 or so pages back here (or in the Kimetsu thread, not sure which one), the topic was discussed, so if you look back you should be be able to find some insight.
