18 episodes into FMA Brotherhood
Good series but not that of a masterpiece (yet) im hearing so often
Imo the reason it’s such a masterpiece is that you won’t find anything wrong with it despite its length and the facts it’s still a shonen. It just ticks every mark unlike any other show
i started readn manga more a couple months ago
i read
zerk
ichi the killer
homonculus
up to the chimera ant arc climax in hxh
5 vol of biomeat
parasyte
readng aot, air gear, d gray man rn
i love the manga life bros QQ
You gotta read Alice in borderland and dorohedoro! Might be the best manga out there
Been going sub for it
Alright I’ll probably peep it subbed then. Everyone says the Trust and Betrayal OVA is hard af. Did you peep it already?
Edit: nvm dumb question since you just said you’re still currently watching the series subbed
Lmao the way this show pokes fun at the creator industry @wheatley the interview scene had me crine. And when the MC talks to Megumi about her traits needing to be up to par with a heroine of a galge

I forgot how cool it was at telling those stuff, show works like a commentary on the otaku culture
And man Katou is such a great character too cus of how well she handle mc and pretty much everybody else in the show lol. Girl got dragged into a mess feeling wtf is this s*** but would still play along
Also best girl avi

Real yeah I thought this was gonna be like a typical harem but nah this is pretty fire so far
Katou is just funny without even trying
I remember trying to watch the OG anime and that s*** was ass.
But I have always loved the aesthetic and memes that it spawned so guess I will check this out.
Is the Tokyo revengers anime out yet?
Yeh
Is it sad? Like is it gonna leave me depressed like AOT did?
The manga hasn't ended yet, it has some sad parts for sure, nowhere as depressing as AOT ending imo.
The anime is definitely worth a watch til now tho.

Gotcha bro, I appreciate it.. I guess what I’m tryna say is (and I don’t mean to harp on it), but it won’t “depress” me, right?
I’m just in a mellow headspace rn & don’t wanna risk anything by investing time into something that’s gonna make me sad

It's cool, I totally understand.
Regrets from the past are a central theme in the story, and I think almost everyone has those, so yeah it could make you feel sad.
I wouldn't recommend it to you rn, maybe try some lighter shows?

i have been eyeing doro, ty bro
You watching it canonical order or just release date order?
theres a different watch order
Just watched FMA:B, no Ovas, movies and the OG series

I'm trying to watch it chronological so I started with the 4 trust and betrayal ovas then started the og series. The trust and betrayal ova episodes are absolute fire
The vibe of the actual show compared to the ovas is completely different though

Oh I meant Steins gate lol. There's a certain episode on season 1 you switch to season 2. Like episode 23 or 24. You watch all of season 2 and go back to the last episodes on season 1. You have to Google it to double check

I wouldn't recommend any Steins;Gate that isn't the first season

I loved the series from watching it like this. I didn't watch any of the ovas past the finale though. Maybe I will this weekend.
really?
Yeah unless you're a big fan of Steins;Gate. I just really like the first season's ending and the sequel and movies feel like fanfics to me
