season 3 top-tier tho

I enjoyed season 3.
Season 2 it felt like they rolled back all character development on anyone still left alive (except for Akane) and the villains felt really random.

Then it felt like Akane was the only one who continued to develop while the rest of the cast got reset and then stagnated.

Akane was okay I guess

what really got me into it was the way pyscho pass' world works and how the plot twists were not the usual ''the good guy was a killer all along'' type you get from most police/crime anime

that's why I liked babylon a lot too....it all felt natural
