Soulslike where you are a crab

I have this game open and I'm about to play. I literally had to come here to make a thread because the menu music is so fire. I've been on the menu for 10 minutes listening to it. It's on Xbox Gamepass

I wanna jump in so bad but I’m doing the new fallout 4 questline and then stellar blade releases in a few hours, but I will definitely get to this soon. Lmk how it is OP.

actually died once to the first boss and two times on the way there. it's got a lot of charm. imma keep going, it feels great. i like the movement and camera a lot

I remember seeing this game a long while back and thinking it was a brilliant trashpost-tier idea, but I'm really glad to see it's actually good. Love all the small details about it.

My backlog is never-ending but I'll get to it eventually (hopefully).

this is a really well made game. There’s a lot of different spells that change up the flow of combat, the parry/riposte mechanics feel solid, and the stowaways and adaptations are cool too. All the bosses have felt unique so far as well. The soulslike genre is hitting new highs recently. Even the environments are well designed with all the clever uses of trash, it’s bleak but charming. Hope it keeps getting better

That was seriously my only complaint with this game, all souls-likes need ng+. I gotta hop back on.

This game impressed me so so much, on its surface it just seemed like a fun indie game but there’s a lot more depth than I was expecting. The world felt so carefully crafted, the sense of humor is refreshing for a soulslike, and the bosses were a blast. Now that there’s ng+ it’s probably perfect, aside from some weird performance issues here and there on ps5. Unfortunately I heard it’s worse on switch, I would’ve loved to double dip and have this game portably.
