i think the main problem is that his viewers early on started to let his opinion influence theirs and who they listen to, rather than hear is opinion just to hear it

which also made people hate him because his reviews started to impact peoples opinions when they shouldnt, even he knows this

i used to watch him but i realized that my opinion usually differed from his and it started affecting my music listening experience so i stopped watching him

This may partially be true but if you listen to the way he reviews music sometimes you're bound to wonder what the actual f*** he's talking about. Better said: sometimes when he speaks it may be implicit that he's giving an opinion but it may not come across that way.
