im sure lots of you are familiar with the whole controversy rn with that company HitPiece who published 1000's of artists and their songs as NFT's without their permission, they used bots to scan streaming platforms and then built an entire catalog off it that they do not own. this s*** put me over the edge with the NFT thing honestly. basement ass computer nerds who never touched a DAW, instrument or any creative tool think they have the right to exploit people who put their heart and soul into this s***. the stupid ass ape stuff is one thing man if you want to spend your bread on some f***ing cartoon or something be my guest everything is worth what someone will pay for it. but this s***? give me a f***ing break mannnnn really really irks me and makes me even less into the idea of NFT's than i already way
