The risks for a young healthy person is very very low to have long lasting damage from covid or to get side effects from the vaccine. But if you compare the numbers it's still less of a risk to get vaccinated. So it just does make a lot of sense not to get vaccinated tbh

Ite maybe reading isn't your thing so I'll break it down slowly.

You think covid can get anyone.

I say improve your immune system with a healthy diet and you'll be doing the same thing the vaccine is doing which is reducing the risk of it killing you.

You say people have died from covid who are vegan.

I say being vegan has nothing to do with my initial post. This may seem like semantics to you but it is not. Just because someone is vegan does not mean they have a healthy diet. Fake meat is not healthy. Fried food is still not healthy. There are levels to this and just not eating meat and replacing it all with soya and seitan and etc is not a lot better than just eating meat.

You ask me what I say to those vegans who have died from Covid.

I say this is irrelevant for the reason I'll say one more time for you. Veganisn does not equal healthy diet.

Find me someone alcohol free, smoke free, dairy free, meat free, sugar free etc and eating a majority raw plant based food diet that died from covid and then ask me what I say. Not saying it's impossible but get your definition of what "healthy diet" is correct first before posing me them kinda questions.

For the record I only speak from first hand experience. My girl has had covid twice. We live together. I have never once had rona symptoms. Infact I haven't had the common cold or flu for like 4 years since I started looking after my diet.

Get your diet right sir. What these people are feeding you is not to your benefit. Take control of your life my friend.

Ya'll can kekeke all day about people taking herbs and eating plants to stay healthy but until you get first hand experience in the matter your opinion is actually meaningless on the subject. Respectively ofcourse
